Location: With a population of 9, 90,298, Allahabad is one of the holiest cities of India and a prominent centre for culture, administration, and education. When the particular configuration of the Kumbh at Allahabad falls on a Monday, it is termed as Somvati Amavasya and the spiritual benefits are considered to augment manifold.
