It is one of the most enchanting National Parks of India and is noted for a healthy population of tigers, leopards and elephants. The prime attraction of this park is Ramnagar, which is a famous fishing spot and is noted for its natural beauty.



Among the wildlife species, you can spot here Chital, Sambar, and various other Deer species. You can get the facility for canteen in places like Dhikala, Gairal and Bijrani. There are also facilities for watchtower and library to further make your tour a memorable experience. This park should be visited between November to June.

Wildlife Safari in Ranthambore National Park:
Previously this park was the hunting ground of the erstwhile rulers of Jaipur. Nestled at the meeting point of the Aravallis and Vindhyas, it is home to a large number of man made lakes. The topography of this park is rugged, featuring deciduous forests and supports a wide range of exquisite flora and fauna.



The park has a healthy population of tigers besides a number of other wild species such as Sloth Bear, Wild Boar, Chinkara, Porcupines, Jackals, Leopard, Jungle Cat, Marsh Crocodile, Sambar, Chital, Nilgai, Gazelles, Boars, Mongoose, Indian Hare, Monitor Lizards and a large number of birds. Ranthambore Fort and Jogi Mahal are the other attractions of this park.

Wildlife Safari in Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary:
It is another lure for the wildlife enthusiasts and is of special interest to the birdwatchers. It is one of its kinds among the various wildlife sanctuaries and ideal for the wildlife tours in India. It is a magnificent paradise of bird species that could be found here and it is also popularly known as Keoladev Ghana National Park. The major bird species you can come across at this park are Cranes, Pelicans, Geese, Ducks, Eagles, Hawks, Shanks, Stints, Wagtails, Warblers, Wheatears, Flycatchers, Buntings, Larks and Pipits. A large number of migratory birds also frequent this park. The mammalian species of the park include Sambar, Chital, Nilgai and Boar.

The other attractions located near the park are Bharatpur Government Museum, Bharatpur Palace, Lohagarh Fort and Deeg Palace. For viewing the birds, the ideal time to visit would be from October to February.
