Karni Bhawan was home of the erstwhile feudatories known as Sodawas, Bhati Rajputs of the lunar dynasty. This bungalow was built in the 1940's and now redone to match the requirements of the discerning traveler. The food at this hotel in particular is very popular, commanding respect at many food festivals in Switzerland. There are lush green gardens that combine a homely spirit with hotel efficiency to make a stay at Karni Bhawan very good value indeed.
